If you want a harder, more dynamic Diablo to play with friends without control or viewing constraints, play the PC version. If you want an easier, arcade-like Diablo to play with friends all stuck on the same screen, play the console version. That probably makes sense.īasically, the PC vs Console D3 argument can be summed up as this: Maybe the game doesn’t get as hard as it does on PC though. On console, they will pretty much be impossible to perform with a controller. The precision of M&K for skillshots, kiting, dropping abilities and moving quickly through the environment is what allows certain character builds to excel on PC. Despite the console version of this game being easier (free damage buffs, less mob HP, less mob damage, more loot, more gold etc), I still cannot fathom how you would survive on the highest difficulties with a controller. This is actually the one thing that convinces me that most journalists reviewing this game are just your average casual gamers. “Has anyone else hung up their mouse and keyboard in favour of a controller?”
